Aluminum Trim

Has anyone out there ever come across aluminum trim for bumpers, window trim or door handles?
I like the look, it matches my rims but I cannot seem to find an aluminum or brushed aluminum bumper to save my life, not to mention door handles. I dont even know if aluminum bumpers are legal or not?

I have never seen any of that stuff made in aluminum...

There was an episode of Overhaulin where they brushed the chrome and SS trim. If you aren't looking for the weight savings, that might be an option. I tried to find the episode on YT, but only the first half was on there, and it didn't show the brushed stuff.

Painting your bumper?

Has anyone heard of stripping the chrome off a front and rear bumper and painting it? Im just trying to get away from the chrome look.
