Am i going backwards?

I own and 86 mustang 5.0. Im considering removing the efi for a edelbrock rpm intake, 650 holley double pumper and a b303 cam. I also plan to do a set of tfs heads within the next couple of months. I live in nevada and smog isnt an issue. What will i have to do about the fuel pump? Would a fuel pressure regulator and the stock pump work, or will i have to disconnect the stock pump and add a low pressure eletric pump? Any pointers are appreciated.

My 93 is converted to carburetor... A regulator will lower the fuel pressure to what you need it to be. Pretty sure you can use the stock pump but it's better off upgrading. Not 100% sure.

Yoy have to change the pump or get a Aeromotive Pressure Regulator, very expensive IMHO, so it's better to swith to a Carb
fuel pump.

P.S.
if you are planing to go w the Perf RPM, you should check the Perf RPM AirGap, is a Nice intake.
