Isn't there a couple of guys here that are affiliated with AM? I know Chris doesn't frequent the site too much anymore but who else is connected to them?

I hope there are because they screwed up my 2300$ order twice and i had to jump through hoops to get a 110$ refund, an XL shirt ( i wear a medium...) and a set of ford stem caps

I ordered my shifter from them, and everything went flawlessly. I have no complaints and would reccomend them to anyone.

As for deftsound, I'm sorry to hear that, that sucks that all you got back was 110.00. I guess you sliped by their quality control.

Yea ive never had problems with them until recently,

I ordered BBK ceramic LT headers and they only sent me the passenger header, so i called them, waded through a mile of bull**** with their customer service representatives, FINALLY got one to agree to send me a new set with 2nd day shipping, turns out they screwed that up as well and i got standard shipping. Not only that but I had to make about 4 phone calls before Brian picked up and handled the situation accordingly. Also the manager apparently is never there because I called twice looking for him and he was never there...

Normally it wouldnt be a problem except that I had an appointment at PSI to get it all installed on tuesday, now i wont get the headers until thursday and well basically they screwed up all my plans, which sucks cause im VERY busy and dont have time for bull**** like this...

Oh crap not to mention now i have to schedule with UPS to pick up the ONE header they sent me so it can go back to BBK...WHAT A DRAG!!!

BUMMER!!!! Sounds like quite the perdiciment. I know what you mean, I'm super busy, between two jobs, and a family.. I get barley anytime to do something fun with my car, unless I neglect something else..... Hey maybe thats why my wife resents my car sooooo much!!

well as it is now, im staring at 5k worth of car parts i wont have time to install for another month...

So who is Brian?

This wasn't a bash AM thread...I was wondering if there was a way to contact anyone affiliated with them who is also a member here or on the other bigger Stnag sites.

Im sorry didnt mean to bash but i had to vent that, anyway brian was the customer service represtantative that didnt have his head up his ass

I guess their customer service leaves a lot to be desired...
