Newbie here (again)
Just bought this 88 GT Convert. The horn apparently wasn't working so some knucklehead rewired it and screwed one of those buttons to the side of the steering column! Yuk, I pulled the horn cap off of the steering wheel and the foam insulator was deteriorated (surprise, surprise!) which was the problem all along I imagine. A repair kit from LMR and a cleanup of the connector and put the horn wires back in place fixed the horn issue.
But...I have this blue/black stripe wire and a black wire disconnected and hanging under my column. Can't figure out what they're for or what they connect to.
Also my Cruise Control doesn't work but that could be a separate issue.
Here's a pic showing the wires. The light kinda washed the color out but the wire on the right is light blue with a black tracer stripe.
