Well, 3 months after getting the explorer I got a big raise AND the truck of my dreams became available at a local dealership. So now my dad has the '98 Explorer and I have my Bright Blue 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4

How many miles are on it? The trannys are known for going ALOT in them, usually between 30 and 70k. Mine went at 36200 and the dealer wouldent fix in cuz I was 200 miles over warrinty!!! Other then that they are really good trucks. the only other commen problem is the lower intake gasket leaking. Even if you put a new gasket on it tends to keep happening, the only way to stop it is to get a diffrent intake (I dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing)

Nice looking truck!

I almost bought a '02 Dodge 1500 2wd but I decieded on the F-150 instead. It just wouldnt look right towing the 'stang around with a Dodge!!
