I know of a guy working on a SSO Mustang got his fingers too close to the inlet on the Procharger, I think he lost two tips and a couple fingernails.

ahh yes octo, thank you. that's one of the few that hasn't made it into my collection as of yet. i have all of the Connery films, all but one of the Brosnon films, all of the Dalton films and i have the one and only movie that George Lazenby "starred" in. how i ended up with all of the Dalton movies before all of the Roger Moore movies i have no idea, probably what was available at Christmas time. of course the Connery films are my favorites, with the Bronson films following just barely above a tie with the Roger Moore films, then Lazenby and last but certainly least Dalton. why they ever picked him to be a Bond i'll never know.

yeah i agree on the taxi as well, mid or rear mounted 289, probably hi-po in that thing for sure.

Yep, Goldfinger tops the list with that beautiful convertible Mustang.

We had a baby blue convertible at the same time and when I first heard Galore (I was 16 at the time) I damn near spilled coke and popcorn all over the new Mustang.

Things were much simpler then!

I've seen that FF Nissan Mustang before. I'm curious, besides it what other Mustang has a Nissan engine? (since the title of this thread is "Another Nissan Powered Classic Mustang) Maybe it's been reposted several times before too and I just happened to miss it.

yeah, but how 'bout Plenty O'toole that's a good one too. i think my favorite chick driven car or at least the one i always seem to remember most was the 69 cougar vert in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service", not sure why really but that's the one that always sticks in my head.

BTW, the baby blue Mustang vert was in "Thunderball", the one in "Goldfinger" was the white vert that has the tires slashed by the "spinners" on 007's DB-5. but i can understand what you mean though.

No big deal, but actually I did not give the color of the Mustang in Goldfinger, the baby blue convertible was a member of our family at the time.

I have a picture of that car somewhere taken late 1964 when new - will try to dig it up.

yeah, i realized that was what what you menat after i had posted it already, but decided to go ahead and leave it up. i though i had edited it so the post reflected that, but i still didn't make it sound right. the first time i read your post i thought you were comparing the baby blue vert you had to the one in the movie, hence the reason i even posted it at all but like i said i realized what you meant after i already posted it up.
