this story is absolutely, positively, unbearably, sadly, f-ckin terrible. supposedly this guy had 3 kids of his own. i hate to say it but he should have killed his own kids instead of these completely innocent school children. think about how his kids are going to grow up now.

that, my friend, is why we need to start screening people to find out who's really fit to be a parent.

just like getting a diver's license.

Let's take it a bit further and screen people to live. I'm sick of being surrounded by morons. All we'd have to do is take the warning labels off of all machinery and drugs. Then we let nature take its course.

But really, the license thing obviously doesn't even work for driving.

ahahahha sad story but you have to laugh at the comments....

My parents we in Lancaster when it happened. They were shopping and they talked to this amish guy that ended up crying while talking about it.

Coming from an area where Amish(well menonite in my area) are previlent, it is a huge tragedy. The amish choose not to live in "our" world for fear of things like this. It's a damn shame really that these "simple" people are now thrown into the rest of american society with this type of action. I'm friends with plenty of these people and sometimes watching the news it really makes you think that they are doing the right thing by giving up the fast paced american society.

guy left notes for his kids telling them he was going to molest those girls. the cops came first so he resorted to violence. some sick and twisted people out there these days.

what a bastard. i finally read the story. i dont see why he didnt just off himself and call it a day, why all the presuicide murders? ok, your child died 20 minutes after birth, lets do some rational things:
mourn the death
move on but never forget
die after a full life.

no justice on earth

5 men walked out and let the nutcase do what he wanted with the girls. WE NEED TO CHANGE our mentality as a community.

MEANING. If some nutbag comes in with guns and tells a "group" of men that he is going to do that to children, ONE man at least needs to stand up and say "@#$% it!" (in his mind quietly) and just take him down, then the rest jump in, shove the shotgun up his butt and $%^&ing fire it. ... Twice.

#2 Any spouse living with the nutbag in question must have some idea that he is in fact demented. HOLD THEM accountable. Between these 2 things, humans have some power to take over these violent maniacs coming out of the woodworks.

#3 Anyone that is convicted of a crime using a gun, should get the death penalty. No questions asked. period.

I read that in yahoo, perhaps they were mistaken or mixed in another article? Anyways the premise of my statement remains. Time for victims to take extreme measures too and start kicking some azz in my o.
