Another strange Blinker / Directional Issue

My directionals stop working today, both sides. When I shut the car off they work..... If I remember correctly they should only work when the ignition is on..... Any ideas what is going on?

What do you mean when shut the car off they work? They will get power if the anti-theft is set off. Do you have anti-theft. Your hazards work when the car is off. Do you mean you can signal left and right without the key in the ignition?
