Does anyone here run the Fuzion ZRI tires? That is what is on mine now.(They were on there when I bought it) I was just curious what you guys think about them. They seem to grip pretty good when it is warm out, but when it cools down like it has been lately it is "spin city"!

They are 245/45/17's.

FWIW, i have a stockish car also, and i can spin my 315 nitto drags with no effort so im not surprised you can spin those lol Back on track tho, i worked for Firestone last summer who is the dealer for Fuzion tires, and very few bought these tires because much better tires can be had for the same price. When people bought Fuzions, they bought the HRi's which are a less performance oriented tire, and are much cheaper, and for that price, they were a GREAT budget tire. If i was in your boat, and i was replacing your Fuzions with new tires of the same size, i'd strongly recommend nitto 555's. I have them on my new wheels in the front in 245/45/17, and i have nothing but good things to say about them. The treadware is supposedly excellent The new BFG KDWS2 (i think thats the name) are also supposedly a great tire, although i have not delt with them.

HAHA too bad they cost $37,000,000,00 per tire They are indeed excellent tires, but not much better than the Nittos, and the Nittos are only like $115 for a 245/45/17

Actually I payed 270 each tires plus the warranty.
I had a set of Nitto's before and the tread life is much better with the Goodyear's.
With the Goodyear F1 GS D3's my mustang actually will stick to the ground.

I paid $180 a tire for mine before mounting and balancing (on sale). Best tires I've ever owned.... ever.

HAHA i rest my case! I could buy a full set of Nitto 555's, and a set of Draglites, and a pair of 15" DR' for that price

or just 2 full sets of Nittos and a lotta beer

but i will admit that the GSD's are the sexiest looking tire ever

I have Fuzion ZRi's and I like them alot, like you said i get great grip when it is warm out, really good grip for the way i drive. I really dont know about when its cold out because by that time i usually have my winter tires on. I have had them for about a year now and i like them alot, they seem to get pretty decent treadwear, and i really like the looks. I would by them again. Right now i have 255/45/17 in front and 275/40/17 in back

I has the zri's b4 I went to the bridgestone pole positions. I believe there to be a HUGE difference between them. Much stiffer sidewall and much better grip, the zri's were a nightmare in the rain also. But the PP's were 300/each, so they should be alot better. I paid 140/each for the zri's in 265/35/18
