I cut mine down myself as well and just re-sprayed it when I was finished. As far as the ball on the end--mine was lost too. I just found a small nut that fit really snuggly around the end and put it to the bench grinder to round it off. Looks good!

My antenna mast is broken off on my 02. What do I need to fix it? Was like that when I bought it. When I look down the hole where I would've thought there would be threads, I see nothing but a smooth wall. Like looking in a tube, Lol.
