antifreeze SOAKED spark plug!!!!?? WTF!

ok guys i pulled the back drivers spark plug wire off my pi headswapped 98 Gt and the wire boot was dripping with antifreeze so i pulled out the plug and it was SOAKED in antifreeze i mean from top to bottom it was covered in it....what could this be? Head gasket? hopefully but ikinda think i know what it is..

It was soaked on the top of the plug, correct?
Then you have a collant leak that is running down your intake manifold and ending up in the plug hole. I accidentally spilled a bit of oil once and guess where it ended up? Yep.

Check around your thermostat for a leak. I'd suspect a lot of other things before the head gasket. (If the coolant is on the wire side of the plug.)

yeah the plug was soaked from the top and the bottom as well. Because the white part of the plug was soaked too.

Check all the hoses and clamps first before you start pulling it apart.

yep i hope its nothing major because i just bought some vt stage 1 cams that are gonna get installed soon..

did you dry up the spark plug hole before taking the plug out?

Im going to say cracked intake, I had a similar problem.

Where the back coolent hose connects to the manifold is where mine cracked. You might have to take the hose off to expose the crack. Its right above the spark plug.

intake manifold huh? Thats great....Well im gonna install my cams and take the heads off and have them checked by a machine shop for any problems.
