anudder one a dem rocka arm ?'s

well so i have some comp cam magnum roller tip rocker arms n they are a 1.7 ratio, so the pushrods are shorter right? also went and bought some studs for it too. So im adjusting the valves, n this is how u do it right?

get both tappets down as far as they can go

tighten the nut down until the pr doesnt spin anymore, then half turn past that

move onto next cylinder and get both tappets down then repeat

is this correct? or

im not sure but now i have been told they need to be adjusted like this,
both tappets down
wiggle pushrod and tighten bolt until pushrod cannot go up and down anymore
then half to 3/4 turn
