Any Experience In Custom Tuning A Fox 5.0?

Anyone here a EE, CPE (or CE), have any experience with creating your own tunes, or doing anything with the Fox Body's ECU or EEC?

I am trying to do an independent study for my Computer Engineering degree that deals with tuning, upgrading, or creating the computer for the Fox. I need to gather as much info as possible to present a valid arguement on why I should be allowed the independent study.
