My brother is looking at a 2001 focus ZX3. It has 92k miles on it. Does anyone have any experience with them around this mileage? I tried searching but I guess there's different engine choices and not sure which one it has. Thanks

NO WAY!! It's gonna be hard enough to stop him from ricing out a focus. My dad was gonna GIVE him his 2003 explorer but he didn't want it because "I can't put a good exhaust or body kit on it"

LOL...my litle sister was looking at a Solara for her first car. I made fun of it and she cried right there at the Toyota dealer.

At least with the Focus you can get him looking at SVT wheels and Saleen bumpers.

I have a 2002 ZX3 with ~96K miles. Thus far I've had no issues with it. it has the 2.0L DOHC Zetec motor. Mine is an auto and I get around 27mpg in the city and 32 on the highway. I can haul a ton of stuff in it!

Pretty good cars. see pretty repetative problems here at the dealership but they are easy fixes. any other ?'s about the mechanical aspects feel free to ask I work on a lot of them.

Hell yeah... I fit a full size dryer in the back of mine.
It also ran a 16.72 @ 83.18mph
Mine is a 5 speed though. I just hit 10,000 miles and the gas mileage is getting better. I get 31 mpg now and that's mixed driving. I also drive too darn fast. 350 miles is too dang far for me to behave the whole time.
Well he ended up buying it last night before I was able to get any info on what to look for haha. From what everyone here has said it'll be a good car to get him through h.s. You guys were more helpful than the people on the focus site, but I expected that:SNSign:
