Thanks guys. As it turned out, Schucks cannot get what I want for several weeks. That delay is just unacceptable when I can have it on my doorstep from Summit in two to three days.

Summit! Cant go wrong with summit My last order from them my bank screwed things up so summit called me we got things squared away, well since the part wouldnt be here till monday i wanted it on friday! So summit said sure you'll have it tomorow!! Sure as anything it was here at 10A.M! peace

I gave up on the purchase, for now, as Schucks would take too long to get the desired part.

- Just curious - why would you ask a military man to buy you something from Schucks? Do they have a 10% military discount or something?
- If that's the case, considering the sacrifices they and their families are making year after year during this War on Terrorism (lengthy back to back global deployments, etc)...why ask for their benefit?

Yes, we get a 10% discount from Schucks

I'm here to protect and serve, he needed something he asked. A few Military people responded out of the kindness of their hearts. Goes to show how much the US Military kicks ass on all fronts.

the discount is only close to active post's i tryed to get some discount cuz i was used to them up near ft lewis when i was in the portland area visiting but there are none down here which is where i live now. in the service of the national gaurd

The discount is not a perishable commodity: Using it does not use-it-up.

I've seen 07's run 13's through an automatic, box stock; and 6cylinders break into the 14's with autos... I was impressed.
