I want to see how Mustangs do against Northstar Engines. I have raced several Mustang GT's with my 300HP STS and have beat about 70% of the stangs. Please chime in.

Hello,

Hi, Yes that was me. Did you see the 4,000lb Caddy racing? I have been to SGMP 3 times and love taking the caddy to the track. Best time is 14.5. Unfortunately traction control doesn't let you launch at full RPM. If you launch an Northstar and spin the wheels too much the Traction control turns on the brakes and cuts off the gas temporarily until the wheels come under control.

I have raced a black STS, one of those stoplight things where the guy pulls up and revs it. I know I shouldn't have on the street but I couldn't help myself. They are pretty quick cars for a large car but I wish I would have had a camera for the look on his face when I went by him. I had to give him the take off due to traction issues but when she quit spinning in second I went by him like he was sitting still. Oh, that was before the supercharger. Now I would just be wasting my time without some Micky T's on the back. 1st, second and third are useless on regular radials.

Nice car, thanks for the post. I like those older stangs, and yours looks great on the link you provide

My brother owns a CTS. I have raced him a couple of times and beat him very easily.
