there are a couple clubs down there, and a good amount of mustangs.

i'm currently stuck in Reno for school but those are the biggest clubs i know about, theres also westcoast mustangs but i don't know anything about them. I think the guys from SNMA are nice guys.
At the las vegas motor speedway, they have open drags, 10 to race 5 to watch, they can get up to 400 cars out there although average is about 200. I race there during the summer and i'll be down there oct 1 for the races. good news for you (maybe) the track is across the street from the base.
as far as shops go, i don't know of any so if you find out let me know. i know of a couple good general shops if you want. but their in the greenvalley/silverado ranch area.

Hey this sat at the spring mountain track about 30 miles from Vegas....Redlinetrackevents.com has a open track event...I think there are about 8 mustangs already coming...(including me) stop by...if you dont want to lap your car I'll take you on some laps with me.
