any one who has installed FLOWTECH LT HEADERS HELP!!!

ok guys i have the pass. header on and the k member dropped. I am trying to install the driver side header but i am having a problem because the damn thing wont allow the steering shaft to go in between the tubes like this

What the hell am i supposed to do? unless the steering shaft comes apart where both the small and large sides telescope together i see no way of getting these on??? help me please

What do the directions say? I can't believe they would sell a product like that that would give you that big of a clearance issue. Can you call their help line or something. Sorry man I ahve BBK's I wish I could help you. That is some bull crap.crapola

i have heddman 2 piece. you may need to use a heater wrech. = torch. tube mover deluxe.

well the car is up and running good now. I just still need to install the spring and stuff on the drivers side before its finished. thanks guys

try putting a 5.4 3v in it. it makes that header change seem like changing oil.
