According to them I used 396 bucks worth of data charges I didnt use. I dont even download nor look at any thing on my phone but to text and call. And they refuse to remove the charge. How the hell M I going to pay for something I didnt use let alone 400 bucks worth of ****!@

They did offer to remove 70 bucks but i was like no way All want it all of! I asked to speak to a manager and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up in anger. This has been going on for 3 months were they charge me for **** I dont use. Its freaking annoying and frustrating!

Are you texting a lot without a text message plan?

I use verizon and text messages are the only thing that count as data on my bill.

If you're texting someone out-of-network and you don't have a texting plan per month, then that could explain it. Frankenstang had a similar horrible experience with her son's phone through Verizon because he was texting like mad to all his buddies but didn't have a texting plan, and all his friends were on T-Mobile or something else.

Cell phone companies = evil.

No I have Unlimited Text picture and the 9 nine yards. I just called and my bill cycle just started on the 28th and their saying I already have 400 bucks of data already!

I just called and asked for a Manager right way. She said it was impossible for me to have that much data charge in 3 days. She said I was gonna get a refund for both amounts. So I asked for her name and she also gave me her extension to reach her. This had been going on for 4 months and I. sick of it!!! But I also got refunded money last couple of months but its freaking annoying, frustrating, scary and it pisses you of calling in every month with a damn problem!

No! And the worst part everything is blocked so I dont accidently do it! I dont even have back up assistent for the same reason!

I've had Verizon since they were GTE Mobilenet years ago and they have always taken care of me, even if it was my "fault" like when my daughter used 400 text messages of her 500 in one week. We changed texting plans and they prorated the plan, charging me extra for 275 messages over the 125 pro rated number on the next bill. They fixed it for me with only one call.

Sounds like you finally got to a good representative. Oh and Backup Assistant is the best!!!
