Looking for better lighting with my smoked headlights. Like everyone, would like a balance between quality and price.

Thanks

I just bought a kit from the site below yesterday. The price can't be beat ($65+shipping) and the ballast is super slim and small, so it's easy to mount in a hidden spot. I know a handful of local guys who have been running this kit for over a year, some on DD duty, and haven't had a problem with them, so I finally went and ordered a kit. There's an extra $25 charge for the hi/low beam setup of the 9007 kit, but it all still adds up to being cheaper than any other kit I've seen.

You want to click on the DDM 35W & 55W Slim Ballast HID Kit, and from what I've heard, the 35w is plenty bright. You also get to choose the color temperature you want, I recommend 6000k.

Whichever kit comes with retrofit projectors. Otherwise it's just a glare filled hack job of a kit that blinds every oncoming car at night.

I just installed my 8k 55W kit and it spreads the beam no more than a standard bulb...

The color is perfect.. Almost pure white... I love them..

I can finally see at night!!!!!!!!!!

Do they just plug right in? Or do you have to do some wiring?

THis was my question as well, where do they plug in? Just where you would plug in the 9007 bulb? I never understood where a plug in play HID plugged into.

Easy.. Nothing to wire..

Your original harnes plugs into a pigtail for ballast... then there are two plugs that come out of the ballast that connect to the H.I.D. bulb...

thats it..
