Any replacements for a manifold intake for a 98 Mustang GT besides plastic?

I need an intake manifold for my 98 4.6 but all I can find is plastic. I would rather have aluminum but the only ones I can find are for a 99. To use this I would have to change my heads to 99 heads. Does anyone know of anything else and if so where can I buy it?

Thats a pretty tall order. Dorman makes a real good '96 thru '98 plastic replacement w/ the aluminum X-over and reinforced plastic in crack prone areas but, nearly all the aftermarkets are for the "sweetheart" '99+ Windsor & Romeo versions.
You could use a $500 aluminum PI or a '99+ plastic PI replacement but I have read a lot about the mixed results concerning port mismatch, leaks and coolant loss/gasket problems.

Personally, I'm considering a complete '04 Romeo engine swap.
