Anybody have a 5.0 with trickflow topend kit have a dyno graph and mod list?
im curious to see what it revs to and what kind of power it makes and where it starts

I've got one on here in one of my threads somewhere.......I'll see if I can find it....It is not the best pic....scanner was broke so I used a camera to copy it.......
BUT..I am running a aode.........lol

I can try and take another pic and post it later tonight....let me get the dyno sheet out of the garage......I can tell you that the power band is good up to 5800with the stage 1 and 'Track" upper....

I made 303hp/339tq with that combo years ago. 100k mile stock short, self tuned at the track, small 65mm tb (75mm would have been ideal) shorty headers (longtubes would be ideal). It started pulling good around 3k and liked a 6000-6200 rpm shift. 4.10's would be good too, I only had 3.73's back then.

thats a poor example of a gt40 combo. those numbers are low for having port work. thats about what my graph looks like without porting. im sure with porting my numbers would not fall that short.

I didn't think you'd object to the use of your combo

As for the Ported OEM head/intake combo

The file was already built
and
I was only trying to help the original poster

I mean ... after all ... nobody pays me for the time I spend
gathering and modifying data
for suitable posting format

My input here was not to put down that other guy
and
Yes ... You'd think that combo's results would be a bit better

Exactly why I went with the stage 2 on the 331... plus it sounds mean at idle.

Oh, and it was around a $20 upgrade on the kit.

i like the tq curve on the trickflow!!! I hope i didnt make a mistake on getting a custom cam
