anybody have some, or know where I can find, pics of the xenon ducktail spoiler or the griggs gr-40 spoiler? And I do mean other than the advertised pics? Those can't help me make up my mind. SOMEONE has to have these things on, or they wouldn't still make them.

I wanted one of those, and when I finally got around to coughing up the 395.00 or so it was no longer available...that was like 3 yrs ago..

Don't believe I ever saw one mounted on a street car...only on their web.

I do appreciate the looks of the s-281 spoiler, but not on my car. It stinks that these spoilers are just not that popular. It's just that over time, I've been getting tired of spoilers that are mounted on pedestals. The don't lend to a clean, aerodynamic (it's supposed to be that way), look. When I say that, I'm mean I'm even getting sick of the stock spoiler on my 95. I want something molded in, somewhere in the neighborhood of NASCAR or 03-04 cobra looking. I like the Griggs, but it's almost like it stands to tall, and sticks to far out at the sides. Someone told me to get it and have it trimmed, but HELL man; it's carbon fiber, and it costs like 400 bones to begin with.

If only I had the resources and skill to make whatever I want.

The S281, that's what I run on my car, has a very sporty, but a low-profile, clean look. It makes the car look a little exotic too!

Are you talking about the S281 spoiler? cause they are still available, I purchased one last year in 06'. I think I purchased it from Speedworks.com, and it's genuine Salleen part. Hope u were talkin about the S2181, I don't know much about the Xenon Spoilers.

The S281 is not on pedestals, it fits to the body w/ no space or gap in between, it looks like part of the car, molded into the decklid. The S281 is very similar to Xenon spoiler in that way! Forgive me if I sound like a spokesperson for the S281. I had to get rid of that stock spoiler on my 94', It drove me insane after a while!
