you would just have to go to an event to know how crazy it really is. i have been a drag racer for years and it got old! same thing every time, 11 seconds worth of driving and then wait and hour. with drifting you get to really know your car very well and become an incredible driver. most exciting sport i have ever tried. i have reached my setup limitations and am wondering if anyone else is doing it ? and if you want to see a professional event there is one in your back yard this saturday at Wall Speedway in New Jersey. nobody talk to rustangSC. go get an import. Muscle cars were designed to grip!!

I don't think this guy deserves to be treated like that :notnice: He is not trying to start trouble.

wow, so much hated, thats just weak. goes to show that the majority of the mustang owners are stuck at the drag strip and cant see more then strait lines. scerw that.

drifting is cake in the mustang. it has the ability to be firmed up and has great torque for getting things going, just an awesome platform. why do you think all the american cars are tearing up the D1 circuit? persoanlly i have not done much drifting, my ass is still evry unstable in its current form so i cant say much. once i get my trilink to fix my horridly worn UCAs i should be primed to take it well.

in the end i will have a hybrid of the MM maximum grip box, though i will have the EvM trilink instead of the torque arm. and using the adjustable rear swaybar to work the over/understeer to change between drifting and grip (drifting is more fun honestly). if you dont have one i would seriously look into getting a panhard rod to keep the side to side of the axle in check, and then get a trilink, or at the very least ditch your passenger UCA (poor mans third link) for some reason the dual UCas prevent the PHB from working right.. havnt figured out why, but it does.

i wish i had more locations i can play around, but cops keep getting called when using empty parking lots and no t good enough (car wise) to do events. i wouldnt get called if my damn Direzzas were not so damn loud.

I'm not for or against drifting ... I think it's sort of cool but only in imports. I don't think any musclecar should be drifting but I ain't gonna hate on you. Make a video and it could sway my opinion. :)
