i went to install a Professional Product TB and it seems like the holes for the studs don't line up right. i can get 3 out of the four to start but the last one is just too tight to make the TB go on.

wonder if anyone has had the same problem and what did you to fix it?

i pretty much know i'll have to make the hole larger, but i'm afriad of having a issues with it causing a leak.

Thanks
joe

I have seen many of these same threads over the years.

Those I have seen say they just enlarge the holes to make it fit.

Good Luck!

Grady is dead on..........I got one last year and had to bore out two of the holes to get it to go on my intake elbow........was not happy.....no problems with leak but I suggest once you set the idle screw then lock tight the heck out of it......I had a major problem with that screw coming loose.......I've heard the blade sticks on these but I have not had that problem as of yet.........
