I cant really take my stang out to joyride becuase of all the rain. I have to take it easy or else I will end up wrapped around a lightpost lol. I hate all this crappy weather. Anyone else bummed out by it?

Not to mention my basement flodded a little bit. Carpet is still drying!

That's funny, I thought of starting a thread this morning b**** ***about all this stupid rain but wasn't sure if everyone else was getting this too. Thanks!! I feel better now!!

well its pouring here.
heavy rainfall warning for today and tomorrow.
Well, it's not raining here yet but it's looking really dark and nasty outside. I'm just on my way out to take a 2005' GT for a test drive, so I hope the rain holds off for a little while at least, it would be nice to be able to see how it scoots, but I won't be able to stomp on it if the pavement's wet. I thought I'd bring my G-tech Comp. along just incase they let me take it out by myself, I'd like to see how it compares to mine, power-wise.

Just got back from the test drive. Pavement was nice and dry too. Unfortunately the dealer had sold the demo GT they had, but I did get to take the 6 banger out for a spin. Didn't get to G-tech it though as the sales guy came along, but I did stomp on it to see how it performed, which was well, good for a 6 cylinder.

I built some battle boxes for my car and decided to box the control arms and add some poly bushings at the same time so my car is out of comission at the moment. So I don't mind the rain as I probably woundn't be driving it much now anyway.

Wanna talk about sick I just got my car back 1 month ago. I had a brand new engine, tranny, suspension, and brakes put in it 15,000 worth. I went to safeway last night and it was raining a little I come out 1/2 later and the sewer in the parking lot backed up and my car was 1/2 under water becasue it rained so bad.

Were you at the Safeway on the Hill??? That really sucks man. I heard they shut that place down it was so bad. I didn't have a front lawn. The water was 2" up my front steps. Sorry to here that about your car man. I don't think I know which one is yours in town. I'd love to see it. Sounds pretty sweet.

Here's the front of my house about ten minutes in. I thought i had better get some shots before it receded. Ya right. It last another 20 minutes of full downpour and hail and then just straight rain for another two hours. I got a little flooding in my basement but not bad. I was in the middle of making a sidewalk up to the front of my house. I had my own little channel. The second picture is my neighbours house. Good thing his house is lower than mine :D .

Oh yeah. I know exactly which car. I think I asked you about that before. I saw you driving it for the first time this year last week. Yours is lowered with the nice gunmetal grey colored rims. That's a sweet car. That's too bad. Keep me posted. I hope it all works out for you.
