I bought a set of stock seats in great shape a while back, but the seat back doesn't lock into place. It will fold forward (like to get in and out of backseat) with out having to lift the tab. Has anyone on here ever tried to fix one? Is it simple? Can it be done?
I guess from what I am now reading (from posts searched on here) it seems that the pre-1990 seats do not lock and the 90-up ones do. That must be why I was thrown off; prior to my corbeau's (which I just took out) I had my stock 91 seats in, which locked. Now, I have a set of 89 seats and they do not lock. I thought they were broken, but I guess they were just made that way
