Looks like a scam to me. If you want to cool your oil, just get an oil cooler. They arent hard to install.

well...the amount of cooling that this "collar" can provide, if any, I doubt would help you.

if your oil is hot enough that it needs to be cooled...get an oil cooler.

Might work, but it looks like a scam. Like the tornado intake thingy they had for sale awhile back.
