anyone from new york? just curious

How much per month is your parking spot? Iwork down there and the best I have seen is 300 or so.

hey Dan-

$388 per month indoor. Its sick, i know But if you want to play, you gotta pay-right. So im screwed until i buy a houe either in Long island or NJ, maybe even Staten Island and parking will be free.
Whereabout do you work near?

Buy in Jersey if you can, but north Jersey = $$, from what I know.

I totally agree with you on that. I want to rid myself of NY and NY'ers. No offense to anyone, But after 38 years of therapy in NYC, born and raised-You can keep it, Plain and simple. :notnice: Everywhere you look a toll increase, toll road, toll bridge, $$$ for everything, taxed up the ass, parking is like a mortgage payment-Im done. i wouldnt mind living on MARS @ this point. hahaha
2 things i need without negotiating, iOne is a garage that is free and a pool, i dont care if its a kiddy pool, Growing up we had Johhny pumps (fire hydrants) there was no pools, and having to pay for parking my entire life-It MUST BE FREE!!!!!!!

Oh-ok, Your near whereabout i grew up Little Italy. i reside near the South Street Seaport area. i would never own a car if i had to park on the street in NYC. forget that ****, Alternate side parking, ughhhhhhhhhhhh waking up 6am to move the car, drive around for literally hours looking for a spot, getting your bumpers creamed, Meter maids that are 24/7-real douchebags!!! Oh-No Thanks. hahah Tickets @ $115 a clip and then the tow-Like you said, I'd deal with heels over wheels....... :D

Later Ant:nice:
