Agreed.

My first reaction to this thread was ... Tacoma ? Are you crazy?

In all honesty, you'll enjoy WA much more if you live ... pretty much anywhere north of that place.

Where I live in Bonney Lake is more of a country setting. Very nice out here. Pretty much putting in houses everywhere! Price could be anywhere from 150 to 700, so just depends. I live about 30minutes east of tacoma, and only about 30 minutes to the track...

Well not everyone is royality and can afford to live in seattle. In some aspects you're right about tac being the armpit. I guess nobody told him about the TACOMA AROMA. Personally I wouldn't mind living in Medina but I don't have $20mill to drop on a house.

I will not defend Tacoma. I also will NEVER move up north.

I would actually rather stab my own eyeballs out than live with the smellyhippiehillbillyyuppie people who call Seattle their home. They all have a cause and a calling but are so stoned that they cannot remember what that cause was.

I just wish the people up north could come to terms with themselves and decide what they are going to be.

I am still trying to figure out how they have managed to melt yuppies and hippies into 1 gangley looking breed of skinny ugly people with a greed for money and power and the ability to repulse everyone within eye shot of them. How they all go to the gym after the bar and smoke a joint on the way out is beyond me.

Thank GOD for Trader Joes. Without them, the smellyhippieyuppies would starve.

Northend people piss me off.

Wanna know how to confuse a north ender? Put a steering wheel in their hands.

You have a good point about Seattle. I have only been living in Seattle for a year and am miserable because of many reasons. The smellyhippieyuppies are one of them and all of the terrible asian drivers. But that is the majority of King County. I miss Snohomish County.

But case and point, Tacoma still smells like buttcrack and your better off stuck behind some rich snobby asian in their mercedes than shot and left for dead in some ditch in the middle of Tacoma.

P.S. And yes, the Tacoma Aroma is NOT REFRESHING. LOL

That is a fun bar. I went there a few times when I worked in Port Orchard.
