i have my upper intake off to replace a valve cover gasket and to make room for my new speed density harness im putting in tomorrow.

anyways, i noticed on my heads, there is some spots of anti-freeze. this is whats weird. it is only on the lower bolt's, i have edelbrock heads and the bushings in the heads. there is just a TINY spot on each hole on the lower half of the bolts. along the gap from bolt head to bushing.

i dont think my headgasket is blown, oil is fine, not losing any water, car runs fine, doesnt heat up beyond normal. it just made me think. anyone had something similar?

it cant even be a drop of anti-freeze at each spot. it doesnt leak any on the ground after running or sitting either.

The intake will weep coolant into the bolt cavity if it is not torqued correctly. Did you notice some were kinda loose when you pulled the bolts out?

the lower intake was never pulled if your referring to that. only the upper was pulled, and all bolts were tight still.

the thing that made me wonder mainly, was the car hasnt been started or moved for about 8 days now. its been down for new carpet/rear seat delete project. i washed it, and pushed it back in to pull the intake for tomorrow.

i just glanced down and only saw it because my anti-freeze is orange. its all equal amounts at each hole, wouldnt be the first time something weird has occured with this car though.
