so im on my way home from work and im stoped at a light.. light goes green and im shifting through the gears normal not speeding or anything windows down seatbelt on and i see a cop flip a bitch and turn his lights on me i pull over and i can't figure out why hes pulling me.. i just bought my car 3 weeks ago and i still have a paper tag.. but anyway he comes up to my window and ask me if i had my seat belt on back there.. i told him yea i did and he said he couldnt tell cause of it being a lower car so he ask me how old i am and i told him im about to be 22 then he starts telling me how nice my car is an how it sounds really nice and goes on about how he remembers when he was my age an wrecked his 240sx just to be careful.. so i can't figure out if he just pulled me to b/s or check my car out?? i was freaking out..

I had a few cops pull me over in my 87 just to ask what was under the hood... I usually laughed my butt off after I stopped freaking out over what I didn't do... Had one catch me doing a burnout once, pulled me over just to tell me he used to do better when he had a 5.0 in high school...

Haven't had it happen yet in my 90 or 04 but it happens regularly in my 68. It's usually older state troopers, and they usually just want to b.s. about my car, or ask me where I get parts.
