Anyone have a B-303 Cam?

I too have a B cam and I've had a guy in a camaro actually tell me he didnt want to race me because he said "Sounds like you've got some crazy engine work done"

I had a similar responce once too.

I have the B303 in my GT and it was in when I bought the car. I really have nothing to compare it to since my 90 LX is stock. When i'm sitting at a stop light or anywhere in the GT, people stare and stick their head out their window...one guy came up to me at school and he's like "i have on 02 GT and it doesn't sound anything like that!" Nice lope, with an off-road pipe and flows, it sounds incredible

Good point the B303 sounds best with offroad H/X-pipe or Pro-Chamber. I had a Pro-Chamber at one point. Sounded awesome. I now have a catalytic h-pipe on it. Still sounds damn good, but not as good.

mine idles fine when cold but sometimes surges at idle when hot sometimes only a tiny bit. Its kinda funky. It would be fine if i just turned it up to like 750. It idles at like 600 all the time. I just gotta turn it up. hahah.

I think the B cam is a good cam for the money the only complaint I have is the rolling idle you get at warm startups with an injected car. If I was building my motor now I would spent the extra $100 and get a lunati cam.

Mine idles fine hot or cold....when the EGR bypass valve isn't stucking. Mine is carboned up (cleaned it once, made it better, but didn't fix 100%). Gotta get a new one. But the idle is screwy because of the EGR thing , not the cam.

When I 1st put the cam in it idled fine. Could sit and idle all day if it had too. It doesn't really like it, but it'll do it.
