anyone have projectors on their 99-04?

My girlfriend just bought a 01 gt hardtop (yes, Im jealous, but I still like mine better). One of her lights is way fogged, so I'm gonna get her some new headlamps. I was thinking of the projectors with a set of HID's since both of my other cars have HID's and when I got in her car it was like she didn't even have headlights. I need the lights to be bright so she can see well at night. My main question is on the fitment and quality of the projector headlamps. One of my buddy's had them and think they are great but is not running HID's. Is anyone out there running HID's on those headlights? If so, what do you think? Any pics? I've got those projectors, and I like them...most people here don't. When I ordered mine, the guy said HID's won't work with them. If you look at the back end, the case is different than usual. There's a big chunk of plastic that would make it harder to change the style of lighting. I'm not sure though??? I just threw silverstars in mine

what are the silverstars part number and who makes them?? isn't it like 9007 and Sylvania make them??? where to buy?

Outfitting them with HIDs would be difficult, but probably not impossible. I thought about trying to do it but instead used HIDs in the stock headlight assemblies.
