Anyone in the Houston Area... help

Does anyone know of a shop in the Houston area that is real good with Weatherstripping and convertibles?

I have a 99 Cobra Convertible and the windows simply do not line up anymore... I wanted to basically overhaul the top of my car. (new rag, stripping and window alignment)

I am pretty much clueless on where to go and I will probably end up doing it myself unless you guys can recommend someone to me?
