not sure about their headers but i tell u this much, their header gaskets are totally awesome! they are also re-useable if u buy the metal ones.

Stick with the phrase, "You Pay For What You Get." Flowtech is manufactured by Holley/Hooker and is an economicaly priced header. There flange's aren't very thick, so you can expect warping and exhaust leak's within time and the fit isn't the greatest either. You can get a set of BBK's, Hedman's, Mac's, etc. etc. for not a whole lot more. It's best not to cheap out on header's as it will bite you in the long run and you'll regret it.

Well Shorty Header's are definetly the easiest to install, but of course you do get a bit more power and sound out of long tube's. The BBK long Tube's seem to be a great long tube and aren't to difficult to install. You will probably have to lift the motor a bit though.
i had the flowtech x pipe on my car and i had to replace it cause the flanges bent and cause my header flanges to bend, i got a bbk and have had no problems. bbk's LT's are great had them on my old car, but the install is a real headache on the passenger side

well, i have a whole flowtech exhaust, it's good for power, and I havent had to replace anything. The only thing you will have to do is buy some heat paint so it doesn't rust, but that just happens with time if you have no coating on any header. Installation is not horrible unless you've never done long tubes before, any long tubes are hard. they come with all necessary equiptment and made my car a hell of a lot faster.

Unfortunately, I have them and can't say I'm very pleased with them. At the time I got them, they were all my budget could allow. Since the right side is basically 4 pieces, it wasn't too hard to put them in, but they tend to leak alot around the joints. Better headers are in the near future for me.

yea i have to get my pass side welded, two tubes are separated slightly, but no big deal. they arent too badespecially for the $$$ though.
I just had a Flowtech x-pipe installed in my car. I had to have it installed because the fit was so horrible that I couldn't do it myself. The guy at the exhaust shop had to weld totally new mandrel bends onto it to get it to connect to my shorty headers. In the long run, a $200 x-pipe ended up costing me about $400.

The long tubes/ short x pipe have room for adjustment, so you can always line them up... but if you have the money, buy something coated and basanni...
