anyone know about paint work or paintshop products?

well about 3 months ago i was driving about 2 miles from my houses when some crack head hit me from behind. The bumper just had a hole in it . So I got a new bumper put on and painted the guy did a really good job but I guess theres little overspray dots on my rim and alittle on the inside of the trunk. Its kinda of like powered? Now heres the werid part it goes away when I wash or wipe it down but the next day Its back. What could this be

I'm not sure what that would be.

What finish are your rims? Try some 0000 Steel wool on the rims.

i got built rims the thing that bugs me out is that it goes away when i wash it and when its dry its not there but over night it comes back

i thought before you said that it might be metal flake (pearl) powder that landed on the car

i had this same problem....solution = mothers clay bar

thanks it just bugs me out how it comes back lol. any thing i should know about clay bars before i use one

make sure you get the area nice and clean before you clay bar it!....you will scratch your car if you dont lol

Mothers Poweball and rubbing compound will get them out. Then follow up with some polish/wax and you're good.
