It's a weird push start I just want to know how he did it and if anyone knows how?

I've seen that video before, pretty neat!
My guess would be he got a switch that allows you to push that button (probably just called a "fog light switch" since I'm sure you know that button doesn't move in an LX) and wired it into the keyswitch.
Have you tried messaging him on youtube?
