Anyone know where to buy Quarter Panels

My friend got his ca Hit and the dud took off (Hit and Run). His rear drive's side quarter panel go messed up and he wants to fix it himself, he can weld very well but can't find a cheap place pickup a quarter panel. He has a 2000 Mustang GT. Anyone know of a website or distributor that sells these parts, I thinks parts.com has them for $600 but I'm not sure if there is stuff is good.

ive used alot of aftermarket sheet metal from most aftermarket company's, and i have have got a part that fit "great", he would be better off going to a junk yard and cutting one off a mustang, aftermarket parts are always thinner, and never fit right......

do wreckyards normally cut them for you or would you have to cut?
