I just bought some Brembo rotors from them and they were not new. They had been installed or dropped as they had a gouge in the edge and the box had been taped back together. No big deal to me so I kept them and they are fine. The price was good but it was either a factory blemish or a damaged during shipping type of deal. I just didn't see it as warrating the hassle of a return etc...
