So i went on a limb and tried Motor Flush because my car has 196k miles. I "just" did an oil change less than 50miles ago. i hardly ever drive this car since i bought it august 2017.
This was the results. I only use 1/3 the bottle. Do NOT drive with this in the car! It has the consistency of water. ONLY IDLE. :
