How was your idle or cold starts? Did it want to stall when warm? Nothing like any of that?

You told fawcett you liked him telling you how things really are.
Based upon my experience and watching the results of many members h/c/i combos over the years I've been on these forums
I'd have to tell it to you like this ...............
In your first post you say you are looking for 300 or better
About half way through the thread you seem to show concern for having to tune for drivability.
In this post you make it clear, you have drivability concerns.
First, I'm gonna tell you want you want to hear
You may be able to put together a combo that will not have drivability issues, put up your desired hp/tq numbers, and not need a tune
There are those who say they have done it and I'm not gonna dispute it in any way
Here is where I tell you how I think it really is
Those combos are the exception to the rule!
My standards for a successful 300 or better street combo are:
stock like drivability
know for certain ... max power has been obtained
I picked the parts for my combo based upon my goals of 300 or better, pass emissions
and
NOT based upon if they might make my pcm freak
If one's focus is on the pcm freaking, they are gonna be leaving power on the table IMHO
For max power ... I expected to have to tune
If drivability issues occurred ... I'd tune for them as well
btw ... I had drivability issues ... big time
Summing up ... Be prepared for drivability issues
and
If you don't have them

great
I'm done now! Sorry for climbing up on the soap box
