Anyone using the Baumann shift kit? How are the shifts? I know B&M's 1 to 2 shift is firm and fast, but the 2&3 shift is horrible. (A buddy of mine just put one in his vert). How hard is the install? Thanks!
Don't know about the Baumann but, if you have'nt bought it yet, get an Art Carr kit. I had one in a '67 c-4 w/ a 289 and it would bark second and third gear under full throttle. Normal driving was just a decent, firm shift. Hope this helps, good luck!
