aod behind 4.6

Is it possible if so what is needed. Adapter plate from where. No I don't want anyother tranny I already have this one and just wondering what it will take to make it work.

your stock GT tranny is better then an stock AOD

It's a 3k aod that I would like to keep instead of loosing lots of money but guess I'll have to take the cut.

If you can locate an early 4.6L('91-'92) they had the old AOD bellhousing bolt pattern.The blocks aren't as strong as the later blocks with all of the cross-bolted mains,but if you wanna bolt up that AOD,it's about your only choice.
