AOD HELP!!

I am installing an AOD in my nephew's 68 stang and have a few problems. First he got the tranny from a friend but it has no fittings on the case to hook up the tranny cooler lines. I don't have any junk yards or tranny shops near so does anybody have any part numbers for them? Also I got the cross member for the tranny but I got the mount for the tranny but it dosn't match the cross member. It's too high and the bolt holes don't match. Did anybody have this problem? Thanks.

I got the tranny mount and it works, but the other problem is with the cooler lines. I have the line kit for the AOD but there are fittings that screw into the tranny case for the lines to hook up that are missing.
