which shift kit is the best for the aod?

how easy of an install?


87 5.0 AOD too slow!!!

A Lentech street terminator VB would be best but if your looking for a shift kit. Baumann is very good. Never installed on in an AOD so I cant help you there. Baumann changed there site. You could probably find it with a search for Baumann engineering.

i got a transgo and am very happy with it
i love chirping my tires under wot during shifts

I Agree and It's easy to install. Also you'll be able to shift into Over Drive at WOT but "DON'T!!!
