AOD to T-5 Swap

I know there was a detailed list of parts and instructions to do the AOD to T-5 swap, but I've searched and can't find them. If you have them and could email them to: [email protected] I would really apprecite it! Also, from people who have done this swap...how difficult is it? I know my way around the garage, but I've never done a swap like this before. Thanks.

The best article I remember reading about the swap was on fordmuscle.com. Now you need a subcription to view the article past page one. But I do remember finding some good info after searching Yahoo! when I was considering doing this project 5 years ago.

i just did mine........it's a pain but then it's not.....just give your self time to do it, and make sure you have all the major parts, as well as the little stuff and you'll get it.......take your time and don't skimp on certain things......that way you can get it right the first time.......took me a year in saving and gathering parts......and if you wanna make your life easier i suggest doing the pedal assembly first and getting it outa the way then collecting the tranny parts..or atleast install the pedal assembly first, thats a big part of the whole deal......
