AOD to T5 wiring?

ok, im just about done with my AOD to T5 swap and i have two sets of wires hanging from under the car. one is coming from the tranny and the other from the engine area....they are both 2 prong wires and they dont connect to each other...any ideas? lol, ive checked the tutorial but it doesnt say anything about em

didnt help...
ok, there are two wires under my car one on the transmission, the other coming from somewhere in my engine area, both are two wire sets, but they dont hook up to each other,
also, on my pedal assembly near the brake pedal there are two wires hanging that i cant figure out where to plug them in
and there is a cable under my car that came from my AOD that doesnt have anywhere to go on the T5....

i know it sounds confusing, but i dont know how else to explain it. can anyone help me?!
