Are you asking if it will shift into any gear at 6k rpm or just shift into drive or OD?! I dont know much about autos but i know the AOD will not shift into OD at WOT....as mentioned above? please clarify what your asking and why you want this to happen?
WOT + OD band is a bad bad bad idea. Especially if you have the stock OD servo in the car. The OD band in the AOD is a weak link. It is really to narrow and it is also handicapped by the stock "B" servo. These two problems lead to OD band failure eventually. Some people can get by doing it for a while and for others it only takes a few WOT bursts to smoke the OD band. Ask me how I know . My 93 is currently and AOD without the OD.
