are the 94-98 v6 axles the same as the V8's because on Mj bobbits page it says The V6 cars use the 7.5" rear axle. So the axle housing and gears will be no good to the 8.8" rear end, but everything else will. im confused if the axles are the same.
From my understanding, the axles are the same. The difference between an 8.8 and a 7.5 of the same year is the carrier size, differential size and the ring and pinion.
